\u015eirketin Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformu\u2019na (KAP) yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, 68,95 TL fiyattan 811 adet ve 66 TL fiyattan 14 bin 382 adet BALAT pay\u0131 geri al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n

S\u00f6z konusu i\u015flemler, \u015firketin 2 Temmuz 2026 tarihli Y\u00f6netim Kurulu karar\u0131yla ba\u015flat\u0131lan pay geri al\u0131m program\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n

Geri al\u0131mlar\u0131n ard\u0131ndan \u015firketin sahip oldu\u011fu BALAT paylar\u0131n\u0131n toplam\u0131 199 bin 722 adede y\u00fckseldi. Bu paylar\u0131n \u015firket sermayesine oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 1,43907 olarak a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131.<\/p>\n
