T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin 2026 y\u0131l\u0131nda Antalya\u2019da ev sahipli\u011fi yapaca\u011f\u0131 31. Taraflar Konferans\u0131 (COP31) s\u00fcrecinde Samsun\u2019da yerel \u00f6l\u00e7ekte y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen iklim odakl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n ele al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 program, iki oturum halinde d\u00fczenlendi.<\/p>\n
Protokol konu\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen ilk oturumda elektronik at\u0131k y\u00f6netimi konusu ele al\u0131nd\u0131. Ondokuz May\u0131s \u00dcniversitesi (OM\u00dc) \u00c7evre M\u00fchendisli\u011fi B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc\u2019nden Prof. Dr. Nurdan Gamze Turan\u2019\u0131n moderat\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcndeki oturumda, elektronik at\u0131k y\u00f6netiminde mevzuat ve uygulama sorunlar\u0131, de\u011ferli metal geri kazan\u0131m\u0131, kentsel madencilik ile T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki At\u0131k Elektrikli ve Elektronik E\u015fyalar\u0131n (AEEE) toplama ve geri kazan\u0131m uygulamalar\u0131 sahadan \u00f6rneklerle de\u011ferlendirildi.<\/p>\n
\u0130kinci oturumda ise Samsun Kentsel Is\u0131 Adas\u0131 Atlas\u0131 ele al\u0131nd\u0131. OM\u00dc \u00c7evre M\u00fchendisli\u011fi B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc\u2019nden Do\u00e7. Dr. H\u00fclya Ayka\u00e7 \u00d6zen\u2019in moderat\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 oturumda, \u0131s\u0131 adas\u0131 etkisinin kent yap\u0131la\u015fmas\u0131ndaki rol\u00fc, atlas verilerinin ortaya koydu\u011fu tablo, il\u00e7elerin \u0131s\u0131 adas\u0131 profili, k\u0131r\u0131lgan gruplarda \u0131s\u0131 adas\u0131 etkisi ve halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 boyutu konu\u015fuldu.<\/p>\n
Program kapsam\u0131nda toplant\u0131 alan\u0131nda elektronik at\u0131k ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma stand\u0131 ile \u0131s\u0131 adas\u0131 etkisine ili\u015fkin haritalar\u0131n yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir stant da kuruldu. Program, soru-cevap b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn ard\u0131ndan sona erdi.<\/p>\n
Samsun B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda, bilimsel veriler ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik ilkeleri do\u011frultusunda iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin etkilerine kar\u015f\u0131 daha diren\u00e7li bir kent hedeflendi\u011fi belirtildi.<\/p>\n
