Nil\u00fcfer Belediyesi\u2019nin Fad\u0131ll\u0131, Ak\u00e7alar, G\u00f6lyaz\u0131, Ayvak\u00f6y, Un\u00e7ukuru, Koruba\u015f\u0131 ve Maksemp\u0131nar mahallelerini kapsayan Fad\u0131ll\u0131 Destinasyon Projesi\u2019ne Bursa Uluda\u011f \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nden destek geldi. B\u00f6lgenin do\u011fal, tarihi ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel de\u011ferlerinin korunarak s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir turizm rotas\u0131 olu\u015fturulmas\u0131n\u0131 ama\u00e7layan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya, Bursa Uluda\u011f \u00dcniversitesi Mimarl\u0131k Fak\u00fcltesi \u00f6\u011frencileri fikir ve projeleriyle katk\u0131 sunacak.<\/p>\n
BU\u00dc Mimarl\u0131k Fak\u00fcltesi 5\u2019inci yar\u0131y\u0131l proje dersi kapsam\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma do\u011frultusunda akademisyen ve \u00f6\u011frenciler b\u00f6lgede teknik inceleme gezisi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi. \u0130nceleme s\u0131ras\u0131nda Nil\u00fcfer Belediyesi Kentsel Tasar\u0131m M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Mustafa Y\u0131lmaz, kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lara b\u00f6lgenin mevcut durumu ve planlanan etaplar hakk\u0131nda bilgi verdi.<\/p>\n
Proje kapsam\u0131nda Uluabat G\u00f6l\u00fc \u00e7evresindeki mahallelerin birbirine entegre edilmesi hedefleniyor. G\u00f6lyaz\u0131, Fad\u0131ll\u0131 ve Ak\u00e7alar hatt\u0131nda g\u00f6l i\u00e7i ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla iskeleler kurulmas\u0131 ve su sporlar\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesi planlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
Fad\u0131ll\u0131 Sosyal Tesis ve Rekreasyon Alan\u0131\u2019nda kamp-karavan park\u0131, \u00e7ad\u0131r alanlar\u0131, y\u00fczer iskele, ku\u015f g\u00f6zlem kulesi, piknik alan\u0131 ve permak\u00fclt\u00fcr bah\u00e7esi olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Yama\u00e7 para\u015f\u00fct\u00fc alan\u0131nda \u00e7ad\u0131rl\u0131 kamp b\u00f6lgesi kurulmas\u0131, k\u0131y\u0131daki an\u0131t \u00e7\u0131nar a\u011fac\u0131na uzanan meyve ke\u015fif rotas\u0131 olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 ve Ayvak\u00f6y yolu \u00fczerindeki g\u00f6l\u00fc g\u00f6ren noktaya seyir teras\u0131 yap\u0131lmas\u0131 da planlan\u0131yor. Ayvaini Ma\u011faras\u0131\u2019n\u0131n tan\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131 da proje kapsam\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
\u00c7al\u0131\u015fmada Ayvak\u00f6y\u2019de Dijital G\u00f6\u00e7ebe Projesi\u2019nin hayata ge\u00e7irilmesi, Un\u00e7ukuru\u2019nda hobi bah\u00e7eleri, uzay kamp\u0131 ve seyir alan\u0131 olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 hedefleniyor. Un\u00e7ukuru, Koruba\u015f\u0131 ve Maksemp\u0131nar mahallelerinde konaklama alanlar\u0131 planlan\u0131rken, noktalar\u0131n Mysia Yollar\u0131 ile y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f ve bisiklet rotalar\u0131na ba\u011flanmas\u0131 ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
BU\u00dc Mimarl\u0131k Fak\u00fcltesi \u00f6\u011frencileri, saha gezisinde elde ettikleri veriler do\u011frultusunda d\u00f6nem boyunca haz\u0131rlayacaklar\u0131 projelerle Fad\u0131ll\u0131 Destinasyon Projesi\u2019nin tasar\u0131m s\u00fcrecine katk\u0131 sunacak.<\/p>\n
