Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, y\u00f6netim kurulunun 15 Eyl\u00fcl 2026 tarihli toplant\u0131s\u0131nda geri al\u0131m program\u0131n\u0131n tamamlanmas\u0131na karar verildi.<\/p>\n

Program kapsam\u0131nda toplam 105 milyon 404 bin 634 adet pay geri al\u0131n\u0131rken, bu paylar\u0131n sermayeye oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 1,171 oldu. Geri al\u0131mlar i\u00e7in \u015firket kaynaklar\u0131ndan toplam 1 milyar 32 milyon 878 bin 62,15 TL fon kullan\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

Geri al\u0131nan paylarda pay ba\u015f\u0131na azami bedel 12,14 TL, ortalama bedel ise 9,799 TL olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/p>\n
