Yerel mahkeme kararlar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 davac\u0131lar taraf\u0131ndan temyiz yoluna ba\u015fvurulmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan dosyalar Dan\u0131\u015ftay 4. Daire Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan incelendi.<\/p>\n

\u0130nceleme sonucunda, \u00c7anakkale 1. \u0130dare Mahkemesi\u2019nin dosyas\u0131 hakk\u0131nda 2026\/623 E., 2026\/2116 K. say\u0131l\u0131, \u00c7anakkale 2. \u0130dare Mahkemesi\u2019nin dosyas\u0131 hakk\u0131nda ise 2026\/664 E., 2026\/2117 K. say\u0131l\u0131 kararlarla davac\u0131lar\u0131n temyiz istemlerinin reddine ve yerel mahkeme kararlar\u0131n\u0131n onanmas\u0131na karar verildi.<\/p>\n

Kararlar\u0131n kesin olmak \u00fczere \u015firket lehine sonu\u00e7land\u0131\u011f\u0131 bildirildi.<\/p>\n
