K\u00fclt\u00fcr Yolu Projesi kapsam\u0131nda yenilenen tesisin a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131 18 Eyl\u00fcl Cuma g\u00fcn\u00fc saat 16.30\u2019da ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7orum Belediyesi\u2019nin m\u00fclkiyetinde bulunan ve K\u00fclt\u00fcr Yolu g\u00fczergah\u0131nda yer alan tarihi konak, geleneksel \u00c7orum mimarisi esas al\u0131narak restore edildi. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalarda yap\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcn dokusunun korunmas\u0131na \u00f6zen g\u00f6sterilirken, korunabilen b\u00f6l\u00fcmler muhafaza edildi, yenilenmesi gereken k\u0131s\u0131mlar ise orijinaline uygun \u015fekilde d\u00fczenlendi.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/ekonomigundemi.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/3c530b28454c2b91d42801c931111d47_1.jpg\" \/>\n<\/p>\n<p>Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Dr. Halil \u0130brahim A\u015fg\u0131n, \u0130kiz Konak\u2019ta y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yerinde inceleyerek Vali Ali \u00c7algan\u2019a proje hakk\u0131nda bilgi verdi. Ziyarette AK Parti \u0130l Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Av. Yakup Alar da yer ald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130kiz Konak Butik Otel\u2019in ilk yat\u0131l\u0131 misafirlerinin \u015fehir d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan gelecek \u015fehit aileleri ve gaziler olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten A\u015fg\u0131n, tesisin 22 yatak kapasitesine sahip olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti.<\/p>\n<p>A\u015fg\u0131n, \u201cBinan\u0131n baz\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcmleri orijinal hali korunarak, mevcut olanlar muhafaza edildi. Korunamayan b\u00f6l\u00fcmler ise orijinaline uygun \u015fekilde yenilendi. Bu projeyle 22 yatak kapasitesine sahip bir butik oteli \u015fehrimize kazand\u0131rd\u0131k\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130kiz Konak\u2019\u0131n bah\u00e7esinde, otel misafirlerinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra vatanda\u015flara da hizmet verecek sosyal tesis olu\u015fturuldu. \u201cVelipa\u015fa Kahvesi\u201d ad\u0131yla hizmet verecek tesiste kahve ve tatl\u0131 \u00e7e\u015fitleri sunulacak.<\/p>\n<p>A\u015fg\u0131n, \u201cKonak bah\u00e7esinde hem otelde konaklayanlara hem de d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan gelecek vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za hizmet verecek, kahve ve tatl\u0131 \u00e7e\u015fitlerinin oldu\u011fu sosyal tesisimiz Velipa\u015fa Kahvesi hizmet verecek\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/ekonomigundemi.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/3c530b28454c2b91d42801c931111d47_2.jpg\" \/>\n<\/p>\n<p>Restorasyonun tamamlanmas\u0131yla birlikte \u0130kiz Konak\u2019\u0131n \u00c7orum\u2019un tarihi ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel miras\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemli duraklar\u0131ndan biri olmas\u0131 hedefleniyor.
