Halk Yat\u0131r\u0131m\u2019\u0131n analizine g\u00f6re, BIST 30 \u015firketlerinin son \u00fc\u00e7 ayl\u0131k yabanc\u0131 takas oranlar\u0131nda baz\u0131 hisselerde belirgin de\u011fi\u015fimler g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. Analizde ASELS, KCHOL, BIMAS ve TCELL paylar\u0131nda yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n son d\u00f6nemde pozisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131, ASTOR, AKBNK ve MGROS paylar\u0131nda ise pozisyonlar\u0131n azald\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi.<\/p>\n

Halk Yat\u0131r\u0131m\u2019\u0131n Matriks verileri ve Yat\u0131r\u0131m Dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve Bireysel Portf\u00f6y Y\u00f6netimi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 raporda, BIST 30 \u015firketlerinin son \u00fc\u00e7 ayl\u0131k yabanc\u0131 takas oranlar\u0131, oran de\u011fi\u015fimleri ile d\u00f6nem i\u00e7erisindeki en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck ve en y\u00fcksek seviyeleri de\u011ferlendirildi.<\/p>\n

BIST 30 \u015firketleri aras\u0131nda KCHOL\u2019\u00fcn yabanc\u0131 takas oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 49,58 seviyesinde bulunurken, son \u00fc\u00e7 ayl\u0131k d\u00f6nemde yabanc\u0131 takas oran\u0131ndaki de\u011fi\u015fim 552 baz puan oldu. BIMAS\u2019ta yabanc\u0131 takas oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 47,09, \u00fc\u00e7 ayl\u0131k de\u011fi\u015fim ise 272 baz puan olarak kaydedildi.<\/p>\n

TCELL\u2019in yabanc\u0131 takas oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 47,01 olurken \u00fc\u00e7 ayl\u0131k de\u011fi\u015fim 250 baz puan olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. AEFES\u2019te yabanc\u0131 takas oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 44,42 ve \u00fc\u00e7 ayl\u0131k de\u011fi\u015fim 378 baz puan, TUPRS\u2019ta ise oran y\u00fczde 40,66 ve de\u011fi\u015fim 581 baz puan oldu.<\/p>\n

ASELS\u2019in yabanc\u0131 takas oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 52,96 seviyesinde bulunurken, son \u00fc\u00e7 ayl\u0131k de\u011fi\u015fim 118 baz puar azal\u0131\u015f y\u00f6n\u00fcnde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Raporda, ASELS, KCHOL, BIMAS ve TCELL\u2019in son d\u00f6nemde yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n pozisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 hisseler aras\u0131nda \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi.<\/p>\n

ASTOR\u2019un yabanc\u0131 takas oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 60 seviyesinde bulunurken, son \u00fc\u00e7 ayl\u0131k d\u00f6nemde 587 baz puan geriledi. AKBNK\u2019ta yabanc\u0131 takas oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 40,71 olurken \u00fc\u00e7 ayl\u0131k de\u011fi\u015fim 474 baz puan azal\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi.<\/p>\n

MGROS\u2019ta ise yabanc\u0131 takas oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 33,32 seviyesinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015firken, \u00fc\u00e7 ayl\u0131k de\u011fi\u015fim 620 baz puan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f olarak kaydedildi. ISCTR\u2019nin yabanc\u0131 takas oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 23,10 olurken \u00fc\u00e7 ayl\u0131k de\u011fi\u015fim 512 baz puan azald\u0131. YKBNK\u2019ta ise yabanc\u0131 takas oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 19,81 seviyesinde bulunurken \u00fc\u00e7 ayl\u0131k d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f 1210 baz puan oldu.<\/p>\n

Raporda, ASTOR, AKBNK ve MGROS paylar\u0131nda yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n pozisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 azaltt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade edildi.<\/p>\n

BIST 100 \u015firketlerinin d\u00f6nemsel yabanc\u0131 takas oran\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fimlerinde PATEK, MIATK, ULKER, SKBNK ve CWENE \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Son bir haftal\u0131k d\u00f6nemde yabanc\u0131 takas oran\u0131 PATEK\u2019te 237 baz puan, MIATK\u2019ta 192 baz puan, ULKER\u2019de 187 baz puan, SKBNK\u2019da 173 baz puan ve CWENE\u2019de 130 baz puan artt\u0131.<\/p>\n

PGSUS\u2019un yabanc\u0131 takas oran\u0131 haftal\u0131k bazda 123 baz puan, AEFES\u2019in 121 baz puan, ESEN\u2019in 119 baz puan, HEKTS\u2019\u0131n 115 baz puan ve TTKOM\u2019un 108 baz puan y\u00fckseldi.<\/p>\n

\u00dc\u00e7 ayl\u0131k d\u00f6nemde ise TRALT 709 baz puan, EREGL 367 baz puan, SKBNK 329 baz puan, TUPRS 581 baz puan ve KCHOL 552 baz puanl\u0131k art\u0131\u015flarla dikkat \u00e7ekti. Alt\u0131 ayl\u0131k d\u00f6nemde yabanc\u0131 takas oran\u0131ndaki art\u0131\u015fta SASA 751 baz puan, EUPWR 1475 baz puan ve KCHOL 989 baz puan ile \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.<\/p>\n

Son bir haftal\u0131k d\u00f6nemde yabanc\u0131 takas oran\u0131 EUPWR\u2019de 807 baz puan, GESAN\u2019da 800 baz puan, EFOR\u2019da 247 baz puan, EKGYO\u2019da 214 baz puan ve ISCTR\u2019de 211 baz puan geriledi.<\/p>\n

\u00dc\u00e7 ayl\u0131k d\u00f6nemde YKBNK\u2019ta 1210 baz puan, EKGYO\u2019da 682 baz puan, MGROS\u2019ta 620 baz puan, FROTO\u2019da 596 baz puan ve GESAN\u2019da 592 baz puan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc.<\/p>\n

Alt\u0131 ayl\u0131k d\u00f6nemde ise FROTO 1934 baz puan, EFOR 1509 baz puan, TTKOM 1460 baz puan, YKBNK 1366 baz puan ve TAVHL 1192 baz puanl\u0131k d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015flerle \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.<\/p>\n

Halk Yat\u0131r\u0131m analizinde BIST 100 endeksinin yabanc\u0131 takas oran\u0131n\u0131n 15 Eyl\u00fcl 2026 itibar\u0131yla y\u00fczde 33,00 seviyesinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fi belirtildi.<\/p>\n

Yabanc\u0131 takas oran\u0131n\u0131n 30 May\u0131s 2023\u2019te y\u00fczde 27,50 ile d\u00f6nem i\u00e7erisindeki en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck seviyesini, 12 A\u011fustos 2025\u2019te ise y\u00fczde 43,97 ile en y\u00fcksek seviyesini g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc kaydedildi.<\/p>\n

Raporda ayr\u0131ca ESEN\u2019in son \u00fc\u00e7 ayl\u0131k d\u00f6nemde yabanc\u0131 takas oran\u0131ndaki d\u00fczenli art\u0131\u015fla, EFOR\u2019un ise son alt\u0131 ayl\u0131k d\u00f6nemde devam eden d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015fle dikkat \u00e7ekti\u011fi belirtildi.<\/p>\n
