Kanunda s\u00f6z konusu giderlerin belirli oranlarda il\u00e7e ve b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir belediyeleri taraf\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc belirten Y\u0131ld\u0131z, bu oranlar\u0131n Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 karar\u0131yla art\u0131r\u0131labildi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n
