Neta\u015f’\u0131n Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformu\u2019na (KAP) yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, 64 milyon 864 bin 800 TL olan mevcut sermayenin tamam\u0131 nakden kar\u015f\u0131lanmak \u00fczere y\u00fczde 300 oran\u0131nda art\u0131r\u0131larak 259 milyon 459 bin 200 TL\u2019ye \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

Sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131nda r\u00fc\u00e7han hakk\u0131 kullan\u0131m oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 300, r\u00fc\u00e7han hakk\u0131 kullan\u0131m fiyat\u0131 ise 1 TL olarak belirlendi. Bu kapsamda toplam 194 milyon 594 bin 400 TL tutar\u0131nda r\u00fc\u00e7han hakk\u0131 kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n

Sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131na ili\u015fkin esas s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin 6 ve 7\u2019nci maddelerinde yap\u0131lacak de\u011fi\u015fiklik i\u00e7in \u015firketin 25 A\u011fustos 2026 tarihinde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ba\u015fvuru, 14 Eyl\u00fcl 2026 tarihinde Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulu taraf\u0131ndan onayland\u0131.<\/p>\n
