Dagi Giyim Sanayi ve Ticaret A.\u015e’nin Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformu\u2019na (KAP) yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, Borsa \u0130stanbul\u2019da ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen i\u015flemlerde pay ba\u015f\u0131na ortalama 8,96 TL fiyat kullan\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

\u0130\u015flemle birlikte \u015firketin sahip oldu\u011fu DAGI paylar\u0131n\u0131n toplam\u0131 19 milyon 402 bin 860 adede, bu paylar\u0131n \u015firket sermayesine oran\u0131 ise y\u00fczde 4,85\u2019e ula\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n

Dagi Giyim\u2019in pay geri al\u0131m program\u0131, 20 Kas\u0131m 2025 tarihinde ba\u015flat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olup program kapsam\u0131nda azami 35 milyon TL nominal de\u011ferli pay geri al\u0131nmas\u0131 ve bunun i\u00e7in 300 milyon TL fon ayr\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n
