Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, \u015firket paylar\u0131n\u0131n Borsa \u0130stanbul\u2019dan geri al\u0131nabilmesi i\u00e7in \u015firket y\u00f6netimi yetkilendirildi.<\/p>\n

Geri al\u0131m program\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda kullan\u0131lacak fonun azami 2,5 milyar TL, geri al\u0131nabilecek azami pay miktar\u0131n\u0131n ise 2 milyar adet olarak belirlenmesine karar verildi. S\u00f6z konusu paylar\u0131n toplam nominal de\u011feri 20 milyon TL olacak.<\/p>\n

Program\u0131n azami 3 y\u0131l s\u00fcreyle ge\u00e7erli olmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcrken, ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek geri al\u0131m i\u015flemleri hakk\u0131nda ilk genel kurulda ortaklara bilgi verilecek.<\/p>\n

Geri al\u0131m i\u015flemlerinin y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi i\u00e7in genel m\u00fcd\u00fcr ile finans genel m\u00fcd\u00fcr yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 m\u00fc\u015ftereken yetkilendirildi.<\/p>\n
