Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m Belediyesi\u2019nin Davutkad\u0131-Yediselviler b\u00f6lgesinde y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projesinin ilk etab\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar tamamlanma a\u015famas\u0131na gelirken, ikinci etapta da in\u015faat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n

Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m Belediyesi\u2019nin 30 bin g\u00fcvenli konut \u00fcretme hedefi kapsam\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc proje, Davutkad\u0131 ve Yediselviler mahallelerinde iki etap halinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriliyor. Toplam 22 bin metrekarelik alan\u0131 kapsayan projenin 11 bin metrekarelik b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc ye\u015fil alan, y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f yollar\u0131 ve ortak kullan\u0131m alanlar\u0131ndan olu\u015fuyor.<\/p>\n

Projenin birinci etab\u0131nda y\u0131k\u0131lan 86 ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn yerine 81 daire ve 1 d\u00fckkan in\u015fa ediliyor. \u0130kinci etapta ise 196 ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn y\u0131k\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan 148 daire ve 6 d\u00fckkan yap\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n

Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Oktay Y\u0131lmaz, d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n b\u00f6lgedeki vatanda\u015flardan gelen talepler do\u011frultusunda etaplar halinde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc belirtti.<\/p>\n

Birinci etapta \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n son a\u015famaya geldi\u011fini, ikinci etapta ise y\u0131k\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz ay tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 aktaran Y\u0131lmaz, \u201c\u015eu anda 2. Etap\u2019ta da in\u015faat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z ba\u015flad\u0131\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n

Proje kapsam\u0131nda 3 bin 925 metrekarelik alana \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n kullanabilece\u011fi bir park kazand\u0131r\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden Y\u0131lmaz, iki arac\u0131n zor ge\u00e7ti\u011fi dar ve \u00e7\u0131kmaz sokaklar\u0131n yerine 12 metrelik ula\u015f\u0131m arterleri olu\u015fturulaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n

Kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc yaln\u0131zca binalar\u0131n yenilenmesi olarak de\u011ferlendirmediklerini belirten Y\u0131lmaz, sosyal donat\u0131lar\u0131n ve ye\u015fil alanlar\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl bir planlama y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fcklerini kaydetti.<\/p>\n

Y\u0131lmaz, \u201cSosyal donat\u0131lar\u0131, ye\u015fil alanlar\u0131 ve ya\u015fam kalitesini art\u0131ran b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl bir planlamay\u0131 hayata ge\u00e7iriyoruz. B\u00f6lgede, d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131 etaplar halinde planl\u0131 ve kararl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmeye devam edece\u011fiz\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n

Davutkad\u0131 Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm Projesi\u2019nin b\u00f6lgenin \u00e7ehresini de\u011fi\u015ftirece\u011fini belirten Y\u0131lmaz, \u201cBug\u00fcn att\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z her ad\u0131m; yar\u0131n\u0131n Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m\u2019\u0131n\u0131, evlatlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n g\u00fcvenli gelece\u011fini, ailelerimizin huzurlu yuvalar\u0131n\u0131 in\u015fa etmek i\u00e7indir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n
