Bu kapsamda m\u00fclga 7, 8, 20 ve 21. maddelerin yerine yeni d\u00fczenlemelerin esas s\u00f6zle\u015fmeye eklenmesine, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 39, 40 ve 41. maddelerin ise metinden \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131na karar verildi.<\/p>\n

Esas s\u00f6zle\u015fme de\u011fi\u015fiklikleri i\u00e7in Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulu (SPK), Ticaret Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u0130stanbul Ticaret Sicili M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve ilgili di\u011fer resmi kurumlara gerekli ba\u015fvurular\u0131n yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 bildirildi.<\/p>\n
