A\u00e7\u0131klamada, soru\u015fturma kapsam\u0131nda sosyal medya yay\u0131n\u0131nda yer alan ifadelerin tespiti, ifadelerde bulunan ki\u015fi veya ki\u015filerin a\u00e7\u0131k kimlik ve adres bilgilerinin belirlenmesi ve gerekli adli i\u015flemlerin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi amac\u0131yla \u0130stanbul \u0130l Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc G\u00fcvenlik \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne talimat verildi\u011fi kaydedildi.<\/p>\n
