Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u015f\u00f6yle denildi:<\/p>\n

''\u015eirketimiz 14.03.2025 tarihinde pay geri al\u0131m program\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015flat\u0131lmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin bildirimde bulunulmu\u015ftu. Pay geri al\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in 500.000.000 TL fon ayr\u0131lmas\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda azami 20.000.000 adet pay geri al\u0131m\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Bu karar do\u011frultusunda toplamda 37.313.519 TL tutar\u0131nda 946.718 adet hisse al\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olup, geri al\u0131nan paylar\u0131n sermayeye oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 0,3573 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir. Y\u00f6netim kurulumuzun 02.12.2025 tarihinde alm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu kararla son d\u00f6nemde mevcut konjonkt\u00fcr \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmeler, hisse senedimize y\u00f6nelik artan yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 ilgisi ve hisse de\u011ferindeki olumlu performans do\u011frultusunda, pay geri al\u0131m program\u0131n\u0131n sona erdirilmesine karar verilmi\u015ftir. \u0130lerleyen d\u00f6nemlerde piyasa ko\u015fullar\u0131 ve ihtiya\u00e7 do\u011frultusunda, y\u00f6netim kurulumuz gerekti\u011finde yeniden pay geri al\u0131m yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendirebilecektir.''<\/p>\n
