Sayg\u0131 duru\u015funda bulunulmas\u0131, \u0130stiklal Mar\u015f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n okunmas\u0131 ve \u0130RAP tan\u0131t\u0131m filminin izlenmesiyle ba\u015flayan program, \u0130l Afet ve Acil Durum M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Mehmet Emin Ko\u00e7an\u2019\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftay\u0131n i\u00e7eri\u011fine ili\u015fkin a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f konu\u015fmalar\u0131 yapt\u0131.<\/p>\n
Vali Akta\u015f\u2019\u0131n da a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulundu\u011fu protokol konu\u015fmalar\u0131 sonras\u0131 program alan\u0131nda uzman ki\u015filerin bilgilendirme ve sunumlar\u0131yla devam etti.<\/p>\n
\u0130ki g\u00fcn s\u00fcrecek olan Kocaeli \u0130l Risk Azaltma Plan\u0131 (\u0130RAP) 1. \u00c7al\u0131\u015ftay\u0131n\u0131n ilk g\u00fcn\u00fcnde Kocaeli ilimiz i\u00e7in risk fakt\u00f6r\u00fc olarak belirlenen; Deprem, End\u00fcstriyel Kazalar, K\u00fctle Hareketleri, \u00c7evre Kirlili\u011fi ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi olmak \u00fczere 4 ana ba\u015fl\u0131k konular\u0131 alan\u0131nda uzman ki\u015filer taraf\u0131ndan ele al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n
\u00c7al\u0131\u015ftay\u0131n ikinci g\u00fcn\u00fcnde ise; Ta\u015fk\u0131n-Sel-Su Bask\u0131n\u0131, Orman ve Yerle\u015fim Yang\u0131nlar\u0131, Deniz Kazalar\u0131, Ula\u015f\u0131m Kazalar\u0131 ve Tehlikeli Madde Ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 konular\u0131 de\u011ferlendirilecek ve mevcut afet tehlikelerine kar\u015f\u0131 eylemlere karar verilecek ve bu eylemlerin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesine dair sorumlu\/payda\u015f kurum\/kurulu\u015flara g\u00f6rev da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131larak ama\u00e7 ve hedefler do\u011frultusunda eylemlerin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi sa\u011flanacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n
