Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, Rekabet Kurumu taraf\u0131ndan g\u0131da perakende sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde faaliyet g\u00f6steren \u00e7e\u015fitli te\u015febb\u00fcsler ve tedarik\u00e7ilere y\u00f6nelik y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen soru\u015fturmalardan birinde, \u015eok Marketler’in 4054 say\u0131l\u0131 Rekabetin Korunmas\u0131 Hakk\u0131nda Kanunun 4. maddesini ihlal etmedi\u011fine karar verildi. Bu kapsamda \u015firkete idari para cezas\u0131 uygulanmas\u0131na gerek g\u00f6r\u00fclmedi.<\/p>\n

Di\u011fer soru\u015fturma kapsam\u0131nda ise s\u00fcrecin \u015eok Marketler bak\u0131m\u0131ndan uzla\u015fma usul\u00fcyle sonland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na karar verildi.<\/p>\n

Bu do\u011frultuda \u015firketin \u00f6deyece\u011fi tutar 39 milyon 910 bin 27,96 TL olarak belirlenirken, y\u00fczde 25 erken \u00f6deme indiriminden yararlan\u0131lmas\u0131 halinde \u00f6denecek tutar\u0131n 29 milyon 932 bin 520,97 TL olaca\u011f\u0131 bildirildi.<\/p>\n
