''21.04.2025 tarihli \u00f6zel durum a\u00e7\u0131klamam\u0131zla duyurdu\u011fumuz, \u015firketimiz ile AFAD aras\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen s\u00f6zle\u015fme kapsam\u0131nda tesis edilen s\u00f6zle\u015fme feshi ve \u015firketimizin 1 y\u0131l s\u00fcreyle kamu ihalelerine kat\u0131lmaktan yasaklanmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin idari i\u015flem, yasaklama s\u00fcresi hen\u00fcz dolmadan, Ankara 13. \u0130dare Mahkemesi'nin 2025\/731 E., 2025\/1844 K. say\u0131l\u0131 karar\u0131yla iptal edilmi\u015ftir. Mahkemece verilen gerek\u00e7eli kararda, \u015firketimizin 1 y\u0131l s\u00fcreyle t\u00fcm kamu kurum ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n ihalelerine kat\u0131lmaktan yasaklanmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin i\u015flemin, hukuka ve mevzuata uygun olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 sonucuna ula\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kararda ayr\u0131ca, \u015firketimize atfedilen fiillerin s\u00f6zle\u015fmeye ve mevzuata ayk\u0131r\u0131l\u0131k te\u015fkil etmedi\u011fi, aksine M\u0130A Teknoloji'nin s\u00f6zle\u015fme kapsam\u0131ndaki t\u00fcm y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerini yasalara tam uyum i\u00e7inde yerine getirdi\u011finin hukuken tespit edildi\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a belirtilmi\u015ftir. \u00dclkemizde teknolojik yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n h\u0131z kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu d\u00f6nemde, yasaklama s\u00fcresi tamamlanmadan verilen bu iptal karar\u0131, \u015firketimizin kamu ihalelerine kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 \u00fczerindeki s\u0131n\u0131rlaman\u0131n kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131yla birlikte, M\u0130A Teknoloji'nin kamu projelerine y\u00f6nelik stratejik konumlanmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmi\u015ftir. M\u0130A Teknoloji, sahip oldu\u011fu teknoloji kapasitesi, sekt\u00f6rel uzmanl\u0131k ve kamu projeleri deneyimiyle T\u00fcrkiye'nin dijitalle\u015fme ve teknoloji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131na de\u011fer \u00fcretmeye kararl\u0131l\u0131kla devam edecektir.''<\/p>\n
