A\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, Nepal taraf\u0131nda meydana gelen heyelan nedeniyle Xizang \u00d6zerk B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nin Xigaze kentine ba\u011fl\u0131 Gyirong il\u00e7esindeki Gyirong S\u0131n\u0131r Kap\u0131s\u0131 ve \u00e7evresi ciddi \u015fekilde etkilendi. D\u00fcn saat 18.00 itibar\u0131yla felakette 16 ki\u015fi hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybederken, 546 ki\u015fiden haber al\u0131namad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bildirildi.<\/p>\n
Felaketin ard\u0131ndan Xizang yerel y\u00f6netimi, birinci seviye b\u00f6lgesel do\u011fal afet acil m\u00fcdahale mekanizmas\u0131 ile do\u011fal afetlere y\u00f6nelik acil yard\u0131m mekanizmas\u0131n\u0131 h\u0131zla devreye soktu. Gyirong il\u00e7esinde acil kurtarma komuta merkezi ve \u00f6n saha komuta merkezi olu\u015fturuldu.<\/p>\n
Maliye Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile Acil Durum Y\u00f6netimi Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 afetle m\u00fccadele \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 i\u00e7in acil olarak 120 milyon yuan, Ulusal Kalk\u0131nma ve Reform Komisyonu ise afet sonras\u0131 acil toparlanma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 desteklemek amac\u0131yla 100 milyon yuan tahsis etti.<\/p>\n
\u015eu ana kadar Halk Kurtulu\u015f Ordusu, Silahl\u0131 Polis Kuvvetleri, \u00c7in \u0130tfaiye ve Kurtarma Te\u015fkilat\u0131, s\u0131n\u0131r muhaf\u0131zlar\u0131, kamu g\u00fcvenli\u011fi birimleri ve \u00c7in Aneng Grubu dahil \u00e7e\u015fitli kurumlardan toplam 2 bin 141 kurtarma personeli b\u00f6lgeye sevk edildi. Arama-kurtarma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda 269 ara\u00e7 ile 3 bin 922 par\u00e7a ekipman g\u00f6revlendirildi.<\/p>\n
Kurtarma ekipleri, kara, su ve hava yollar\u0131n\u0131 kullanarak afetin merkez b\u00f6lgesine ilerlerken, sahadaki arama-kurtarma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 da aral\u0131ks\u0131z s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n
