Ukrayna\u2019ya adaleti sa\u011flayacak bir bar\u0131\u015f anla\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n arkas\u0131nda birlik i\u00e7inde olduklar\u0131n\u0131 belirten Leyen, \u201cUkrayna\u2019n\u0131n egemenli\u011fini tamamen koruyan ve gerekli g\u00fcvenlik garantilerini temin eden bir anla\u015fma. Ukrayna\u2019n\u0131n mali ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamak i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ilerletiyoruz.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n
