Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u015f\u00f6yle denildi:<\/p>\n

“\u015eirketimizin 24.12.2025 tarihli y\u00f6netim kurulu toplant\u0131s\u0131nda tahsisli sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 karar\u0131 al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve al\u0131nan karar kapsam\u0131nda 25.12.2025 tarihinde Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulu’na (SPK) ihra\u00e7 belgesinin onaylanmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla ba\u015fvuruda bulunuldu\u011fu ayn\u0131 tarihlerde yap\u0131lan \u00f6zel durum a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131 ile kamuya duyurulmu\u015ftu. SPK’n\u0131n 27.08.2026 tarihli b\u00fclteninde, \u015firketimizin s\u00f6z konusu ba\u015fvurusunun olumsuz kar\u015f\u0131land\u0131\u011f\u0131 ilan edilmi\u015ftir.\u00a0 \u00d6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen tahsisli sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131lamayacak olmakla birlikte, \u015firketimiz enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcndeki mevcut faaliyetlerine devam etmektedir. Ayr\u0131ca Faaliyetlerimizin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011finin temini amac\u0131yla Ayduran Elektrik Taahh\u00fct Ticaret A.\u015e. ile farkl\u0131 i\u015f birliklerinin de\u011ferlendirmesine devam edilecektir.”<\/p>\n
