Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, ”\u015eirketimiz y\u00f6netim kurulunun 31.07.2026 tarihli karar\u0131 ile ba\u015flat\u0131lan pay geri al\u0131m i\u015flemleri kapsam\u0131nda; \u015firketimizce 27.08.2026 tarihinde Borsa \u0130stanbul’da pay ba\u015f\u0131na\u00a09,66 TL \u2013 9,69 TL (a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 ortalama 9,6804 TL) fiyat aral\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan toplam 550.000 adet TEZOL pay\u0131 geri al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu i\u015flemle birlikte geri al\u0131nan paylar\u0131n nominal de\u011feri 3.575.452 TL’ye, geri al\u0131nan paylar\u0131n sermayeye oran\u0131 ise y\u00fczde 0,7151’e ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.” denildi.<\/p>\n
