Bar\u0131\u015f \u00e7abalar\u0131, G\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcler Koalisyonu ve Ukrayna-Fransa savunma i\u015fbirli\u011fi \u00fczerine anlaml\u0131 ve \u00f6nemli bir g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdiklerini belirten Sybiha, \u015funlar\u0131 dile getirdi:<\/p>\n

\u201cAvrupa meselelerinde at\u0131lacak ad\u0131mlar\u0131 koordine ettik; buna Ukrayna ile ortak projeler geli\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in SAFE mekanizmas\u0131n\u0131n etkin kullan\u0131m\u0131, NATO\u2019nun PURL giri\u015fimine yap\u0131lacak ek katk\u0131lar ve dondurulmu\u015f Rus varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n Ukrayna\u2019y\u0131 desteklemek \u00fczere tam olarak kullan\u0131lmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik karar da dahildir.\u201d<\/p>\n
