Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, g\u00f6re, 1 milyar 373 milyon 400 bin TL olan mevcut sermayenin, toplam 2 milyar 59 milyon 502 bin 397 TL art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

Sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n 2 milyar TL\u2019lik k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n nakit sermaye taahh\u00fcd\u00fcnden, 59 milyon 502 bin 397 TL\u2019lik k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n ise VUK M\u00fckerrer 298\/\u00c7 maddesi kapsam\u0131nda yeniden de\u011ferleme \u00f6zel fonu hesab\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n

Sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 sonras\u0131nda \u015firket sermayesinin 3 milyar 432 milyon 902 bin 397 TL\u2019ye \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n

A\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re \u015firket, sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131na ili\u015fkin gerekli izinlerin al\u0131nmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla Ticaret Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve Bankac\u0131l\u0131k D\u00fczenleme ve Denetleme Kurumuna (BDDK) ba\u015fvuracak.<\/p>\n

\u0130zinlerin al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan esas s\u00f6zle\u015fme de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin genel kurulun onay\u0131na sunulmas\u0131na ve sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131na ili\u015fkin i\u015flemlerin y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi i\u00e7in genel m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn yetkilendirilmesine karar verildi.<\/p>\n
