Sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 sonras\u0131nda \u015firketin \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f sermayesi 301 milyon 500 bin TL\u2019ye ula\u015facak.<\/p>\n
Art\u0131r\u0131lacak 201 milyon TL sermayenin 132 milyon 613 bin 287,17 TL\u2019si sermaye d\u00fczeltmesi olumlu farklar\u0131 hesab\u0131ndan, 68 milyon 386 bin 712,83 TL\u2019si ise ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc yedekler hesab\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lanacak.<\/p>\n
Sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131nda ihra\u00e7 edilecek 201 milyon TL nominal de\u011ferli 201 milyon adet pay, \u015firket pay sahiplerine mevcut paylar\u0131 oran\u0131nda bedelsiz olarak da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n
\u015eirket, i\u00e7 kaynaklar\u0131n sermaye hesab\u0131na aktar\u0131lmas\u0131 ve i\u015flemin mali m\u00fc\u015favir raporuyla belgelenmesi i\u00e7in gerekli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesine karar verdi.<\/p>\n
Ayr\u0131ca esas s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin \u201cSermaye\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 6. maddesinin \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f sermayeye ili\u015fkin b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn mevzuata uygun \u015fekilde de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi planlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
Bedelsiz sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131na ili\u015fkin ihra\u00e7 belgesi ve esas s\u00f6zle\u015fme tadil tasar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n onaylanmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulu (SPK) ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere ilgili kurumlara gerekli ba\u015fvurular\u0131n yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 bildirildi.<\/p>\n
