Projenin ilk a\u015famas\u0131nda \u00fczerinde yap\u0131 bulunan parsellerin maliklerinin ard\u0131ndan, bo\u015f parsellerin maliklerine y\u00f6nelik uzla\u015fma s\u00fcreci de ba\u015flat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

\u00c7orum Belediyesi\u2019nden yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, uzla\u015fma sa\u011flanmamas\u0131 ve gerekli muvafakatnamenin imzalanmamas\u0131 halinde ta\u015f\u0131nmazlar\u0131n kanunda belirtilen usul ve esaslar do\u011frultusunda sat\u0131\u015f s\u00fcrecine konu edilebilece\u011fi belirtildi. A\u00e7\u0131klamada, bu a\u015famadan sonra hak sahiplerinin projeye yeniden dahil olma imk\u00e2n\u0131n\u0131n bulunmayaca\u011f\u0131 ifade edilerek, ta\u015f\u0131nmaz maliklerinin herhangi bir hak kayb\u0131 veya ma\u011fduriyet ya\u015famamalar\u0131 i\u00e7in uzla\u015fma g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerine kat\u0131lmalar\u0131 istendi.<\/p>\n

Kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00fcrecinin \u201c\u015feffafl\u0131k, adalet ve e\u015fitlik\u201d ilkeleri do\u011frultusunda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bildirildi. T\u00fcm hak sahiplerine ayn\u0131 kriterlerin uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131, s\u00fcre\u00e7 i\u00e7erisinde sunulan \u015fart ve tekliflerin de\u011fi\u015fmeyece\u011fi kaydedildi.<\/p>\n

Proje kapsam\u0131nda mevcut yap\u0131la\u015fman\u0131n afet riskleri a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan de\u011ferlendirilmesi, g\u00fcvenli ve nitelikli yap\u0131la\u015fman\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131, sosyal ve teknik altyap\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesi ve mahallelerin daha ya\u015fanabilir hale getirilmesi hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n

Ta\u015f\u0131nmaz maliklerinin proje ve uzla\u015fma s\u00fcrecine ili\u015fkin detayl\u0131 bilgi almak i\u00e7in \u00c7orum Belediyesi C Blok zemin kat\u0131nda bulunan Uzla\u015fma Ofisi\u2019ne ba\u015fvurabilece\u011fi bildirildi.<\/p>\n
