Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, \u015firketin 58 milyon TL olan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f sermayesinin, 750 milyon TL kay\u0131tl\u0131 sermaye tavan\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde 638 milyon TL\u2019ye y\u00fckseltilmesine ili\u015fkin Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulu (SPK) ba\u015fvurusu onayland\u0131.<\/p>\n
Sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131nda art\u0131r\u0131lacak 580 milyon TL tutar\u0131ndaki sermayenin 176 milyon TL\u2019lik k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n sermaye d\u00fczeltmesi olumlu farklar\u0131ndan, 404 milyon TL\u2019lik k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n ise hisse senedi ihra\u00e7 primi hesab\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lanaca\u011f\u0131 belirtildi.<\/p>\n
SPK\u2019n\u0131n s\u00f6z konusu ba\u015fvuruyu 18 A\u011fustos 2026 tarihli yaz\u0131s\u0131yla onaylad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve onaylanan ihra\u00e7 belgesi ile esas s\u00f6zle\u015fme tadil metninin \u015firkete iletildi\u011fi bildirildi.<\/p>\n
Y\u00f6netim kurulunun 26 A\u011fustos 2026 tarihli toplant\u0131s\u0131nda, bedelsiz pay alma hakk\u0131 kullan\u0131m ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 tarihinin 27 A\u011fustos 2026 olarak belirlenmesine karar verildi.<\/p>\n
Bedelsiz sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda ihra\u00e7 edilecek paylar\u0131n, hak sahiplerinin hesaplar\u0131na Merkezi Kay\u0131t Kurulu\u015fu A.\u015e (MKK) taraf\u0131ndan kaydi sisteme ili\u015fkin esaslar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde aktar\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 belirtildi.<\/p>\n
