Raporda \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn \u201c\u015f\u00fcpheli \u00f6l\u00fcm\u201d olarak de\u011ferlendirildi\u011fi belirtildi. Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda, \u015fikayet edilen Alihan Kuri\u015f ve di\u011fer \u015f\u00fcpheliler hakk\u0131nda ilk etapta \u201cadam \u00f6ld\u00fcrme\u201d su\u00e7undan soru\u015fturma y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc aktar\u0131ld\u0131. A\u00e7\u0131klamada ayr\u0131ca, 17 Ekim 2016 tarihli \u201cbeyin kanamas\u0131 nedeniyle do\u011fal \u00f6l\u00fcm\u201d raporunda imzas\u0131 bulunan doktorlar hakk\u0131nda da inceleme yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 kaydedildi.<\/p>\n

Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n 24 \u015eubat, 1 Haziran ve 14 Temmuz 2026 tarihli otopsi video kayd\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6nderilmesine y\u00f6nelik taleplerine, \u00f6z\u00fc itibar\u0131yla kayd\u0131n bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde yan\u0131t verildi\u011fi, ancak 18 A\u011fustos 2026’da kayd\u0131n bulundu\u011funun bildirilmesi \u00fczerine Adli T\u0131p Kurumu idarecisi hakk\u0131nda ilk etapta \u201cresmi belgede sahtecilik\u201d su\u00e7undan soru\u015fturma y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc belirtildi.<\/p>\n

A\u00e7\u0131klamada, fethi kabir i\u015flemi, Adli T\u0131p Kurumu ve Riva Polis Merkezi ile yap\u0131lan yaz\u0131\u015fmalar, HTS kay\u0131tlar\u0131, Ankara Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile yaz\u0131\u015fmalar ve Sulh Hukuk Mahkemesindeki tereke dosyas\u0131na verilen cevaplar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra devam eden beyan i\u015flemleri ve toplanacak di\u011fer deliller do\u011frultusunda soru\u015fturman\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclece\u011fi bildirildi.<\/p>\n
