Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, \u015firketin mevcut 4 milyon 900 bin TL olan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f sermayesi, mevcut ortaklar\u0131n yeni pay alma haklar\u0131n\u0131n tamamen k\u0131s\u0131tlanmas\u0131 suretiyle 5 milyon 100 bin TL art\u0131r\u0131larak 10 milyon TL\u2019ye \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n

Sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda \u015firket esas s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinin \u201cSermaye\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 6. maddesinin de ilgili tadil tasar\u0131s\u0131 do\u011frultusunda de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi planlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

A\u00e7\u0131klamada, sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 ve esas s\u00f6zle\u015fme de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilebilmesi amac\u0131yla ba\u015fta Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulu (SPK) ve Ticaret Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olmak \u00fczere ilgili kurum ve mercilerden gerekli izin ve uygun g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerin al\u0131nmas\u0131 i\u00e7in ba\u015fvurular\u0131n yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 belirtildi.<\/p>\n

Ayr\u0131ca Borsa \u0130stanbul, Merkezi Kay\u0131t Kurulu\u015fu, ticaret sicili m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve di\u011fer ilgili kurumlar nezdinde gerekli i\u015flemlerin y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesine karar verildi.<\/p>\n
