Adalet Bakan\u0131 Y\u0131lmaz Tun\u00e7,\u00a0kadastro uyu\u015fmazl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6zmek i\u00e7in 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda Adalet Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olarak S\u0131f\u0131r Kadastro Dosyas\u0131 Projesini hayata ge\u00e7irdiklerini bildirdi. Bakan Tun\u00e7, “Uygulamayla mahkemelerimizin i\u015f y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fc azalt\u0131yor, yarg\u0131lamalar\u0131 etkin hale getiriyor, vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 m\u00fclkiyet belirsizliklerinden kurtar\u0131yoruz.” ifadelerini kulland\u0131.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Bu kapsamda kadastro mahkemelerinin bulundu\u011fu yarg\u0131 \u00e7evrelerini birle\u015ftirdiklerini belirten Tun\u00e7, \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti:<\/p>\n

“Uzman personel say\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 art\u0131rd\u0131k.\u00a0Mahkemelere teknik, teknolojik ve idari destekler sunduk.\u00a0Kadastro haritalar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcncelle\u015ftirilmesinde teknolojik t\u00fcm imkanlardan faydaland\u0131k.\u00a0Yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131 tebligatlarda taraf te\u015fkili ve ke\u015fif s\u00fcre\u00e7lerindeki teknik eksiklikleri giderdik.”<\/p>\n

Ayr\u0131ca proje kapsam\u0131nda bug\u00fcne kadar 15 bin 477 karar verildi\u011fini aktaran Bakan Tun\u00e7,\u00a0231 bin 305 vatanda\u015f\u0131n taraf oldu\u011fu 40 bin 394 parsele ili\u015fkin m\u00fclkiyet sorunun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc belirtti. Tun\u00e7,\u00a0adliyelerin proje kapsam\u0131nda, 38 bin kadastro dosyas\u0131n\u0131 y\u0131l sonuna kadar sonu\u00e7land\u0131rmas\u0131n\u0131 hedeflediklerini bildirdi.\u00a0<\/p>\n
