4207 say\u0131l\u0131 T\u00fct\u00fcn \u00dcr\u00fcnlerinin Zararlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00d6nlenmesi ve Kontrol\u00fc Hakk\u0131nda Kanun’un 3’\u00fcnc\u00fc maddesinin 12’nci f\u0131kras\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda t\u00fct\u00fcn \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc at\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7evreye at\u0131lmas\u0131 yasaklan\u0131rken, s\u00f6z konusu at\u0131klar\u0131 yere atanlara bin 42 TL idari para cezas\u0131 uygulanabilece\u011fi belirtildi.<\/p>\n
