T\u00f6rende konu\u015fan Bursa B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi Ba\u015fkan Vekili \u015eahin Biba, 17 A\u011fustos ve 6 \u015eubat depremlerinde hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybedenleri anarak, afetlerden ders \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n
Bursa’n\u0131n deprem riski ta\u015f\u0131yan bir b\u00f6lgede bulundu\u011funu belirten Biba, kentin n\u00fcfusu, sanayi tesisleri, tarihi yap\u0131lar\u0131 ve ula\u015f\u0131m a\u011f\u0131 dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda afet haz\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n yaln\u0131zca bina g\u00fcvenli\u011fiyle s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti.<\/p>\n

A\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131 yap\u0131lan Arama Kurtarma E\u011fitim Hizmet Binas\u0131’n\u0131n ekiplerin e\u011fitim ve m\u00fcdahale kapasitesinin geli\u015ftirilmesine katk\u0131 sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti.<\/p>\n
Biba, belediyenin \u00f6z kaynaklar\u0131yla haz\u0131rlanan mobil \u015farj ve internet arac\u0131 ile mobil ikram arac\u0131n\u0131n da afet durumlar\u0131nda kullan\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n
Mobil ara\u00e7la ayn\u0131 anda 160 telefonun \u015farj edilebilece\u011fini, internet eri\u015fimi sa\u011flanabilece\u011fini ve engelli ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n \u015farj ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131lanabilece\u011fini belirten Biba, ara\u00e7lar\u0131n BURULA\u015e b\u00fcnyesinde kullan\u0131m \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fcn bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc tamamlayan ara\u00e7lar\u0131n belediye personelinin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131yla yeniden d\u00fczenlenmesiyle olu\u015fturuldu\u011funu kaydetti.<\/p>\n
Biba, afetlere haz\u0131rl\u0131k konusunda merkezi ve yerel y\u00f6netimler, AFAD, \u00fcniversiteler, meslek odalar\u0131, sivil toplum kurulu\u015flar\u0131 ve vatanda\u015flar\u0131n i\u015fbirli\u011fi i\u00e7inde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini ifade ederek, “Bize d\u00fc\u015fen korkuyu b\u00fcy\u00fctmek de\u011fil, haz\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 art\u0131rmakt\u0131r. Rehavete kap\u0131lmak de\u011fil, tedbir almakt\u0131r” dedi.<\/p>\n
Konu\u015fmalar\u0131n ard\u0131ndan afet ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131m\u0131nda g\u00f6rev alan belediye personeline te\u015fekk\u00fcr belgeleri verildi. Arama Kurtarma E\u011fitim Hizmet Binas\u0131 ile itfaiye ve afet ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n hizmete al\u0131nmas\u0131 i\u00e7in kurdele kesimi yap\u0131ld\u0131. Program, Ba\u015fkan Vekili Biba’n\u0131n itfaiye arac\u0131n\u0131n ilk test s\u00fcr\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmesiyle sona erdi.<\/p>\n
