Toplant\u0131da, t\u00fcm payda\u015f kurum ve kurulu\u015flarla uygulanacak plan dahilinde belediyenin \u00fcstlenece\u011fi\u00a0uygulay\u0131c\u0131 ve destekleyici roller\u00a0ele al\u0131nd\u0131. M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fcklerin k\u0131sa, orta ve uzun vadeli g\u00f6revleri de\u011ferlendirildi.<\/p>\n
Strateji Geli\u015ftirme M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc\u00a0Hasan Korkut, Ak\u0131ll\u0131 \u015eehirler Birimi taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanan\u00a0Turizm Master Plan\u0131 Eylem Kartlar\u0131 ve Proje Takip Sistemi\u00a0ara y\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fc tan\u0131tarak, belediyenin g\u00f6rev kapsam\u0131n\u0131 payla\u015ft\u0131. Plan do\u011frultusunda uygulamalar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki ay ba\u015flayaca\u011f\u0131, mevcut y\u0131l \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n ise plana entegre edilerek hedef kartlar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcncellenece\u011fi belirtildi.<\/p>\n
Kahveci, t\u00fcm birimlerin g\u00f6revleri eksiksiz yerine getirmesi ve s\u00fcreci yak\u0131ndan takip etmesinin \u00f6nemine de\u011findi. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n K\u00fctahya\u2019n\u0131n turizm vizyonunu g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmek ve \u015fehrin zengin miras\u0131n\u0131 do\u011fru planlamayla gelece\u011fe ta\u015f\u0131mak i\u00e7in kritik oldu\u011fu vurguland\u0131.<\/p>\n
