{"id":133527,"date":"2026-08-17T10:01:09","date_gmt":"2026-08-17T07:01:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ekonomigundemi.com.tr\/index.php\/2026\/08\/17\/izmir-buyuksehir-belediyesinden-incir-ureticisine-10-bin-kerevet-destegi"},"modified":"2026-08-17T10:01:09","modified_gmt":"2026-08-17T07:01:09","slug":"izmir-buyuksehir-belediyesinden-incir-ureticisine-10-bin-kerevet-destegi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ekonomigundemi.com.tr\/index.php\/2026\/08\/17\/izmir-buyuksehir-belediyesinden-incir-ureticisine-10-bin-kerevet-destegi\/","title":{"rendered":"\u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi\u2019nden incir \u00fcreticisine 10 bin kerevet deste\u011fi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi, kentin \u00f6nemli tar\u0131msal \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinden incirde kaliteyi art\u0131rmak ve \u00fcreticilerin eme\u011finin kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fckseltmek amac\u0131yla 10 bin adet incir kurutma kasas\u0131 (kerevet) deste\u011fi ba\u015flatt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Projenin ilk da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131, \u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Dr. Cemil Tugay\u2019\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla Tire ve Torbal\u0131\u2019da ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130ncir \u00fcreticileriyle bir araya gelen Ba\u015fkan Tugay, \u00fcr\u00fcn kay\u0131plar\u0131n\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 ve \u00fcreticinin eme\u011finin daha y\u00fcksek katma de\u011fere d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesi amac\u0131yla haz\u0131rlanan kerevetleri \u00fcreticilere teslim etti. \u0130lk etapta 1500 kerevet da\u011f\u0131t\u0131l\u0131rken, destek kapsam\u0131nda toplam 10 bin kerevetin \u00fcreticilere ula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi Tar\u0131msal Hizmetler Dairesi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma kapsam\u0131nda, incirlerin kurutma s\u0131ras\u0131nda toprakla temas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesi ve daha hijyenik ko\u015fullarda kurutulmas\u0131 hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n<p>Izgaral\u0131 yap\u0131ya sahip kerevetler sayesinde incirlerin alttan da hava almas\u0131 sa\u011flanarak \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin daha h\u0131zl\u0131 ve homojen bi\u00e7imde kurutulmas\u0131na imkan tan\u0131nacak. Uygulamayla nem dengesinin korunmas\u0131, k\u00fcf ve mantar olu\u015fumunun \u00f6nlenmesi ve \u00f6zellikle topraktan bula\u015fabilecek aflatoksin riskinin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Destekle birlikte \u00fcr\u00fcn kay\u0131plar\u0131n\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131, incirin kalitesinin y\u00fckseltilmesi, \u00fcreticilerin hasat sonras\u0131 i\u015f y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fcn hafifletilmesi ve \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn katma de\u011ferinin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n<p>Ba\u015fkan Dr. Cemil Tugay, ilk da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m kapsam\u0131nda Tire\u2019de incir \u00fcreticileriyle bulu\u015ftu. Daha sonra Torbal\u0131\u2019n\u0131n \u00c7apak Mahallesi\u2019ne ge\u00e7en Tugay, burada da \u00fcreticilerle sohbet ederek kerevetleri teslim etti.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7apak\u2019ta \u00fcreticilerle bir araya gelen Tugay, \u00e7ocuklarla da ilgilenerek onlara hediyeler verdi.
