Vali Akta\u015f, 27 y\u0131l \u00f6nce meydana gelen Marmara Depremi\u2019nin yaln\u0131zca Kocaeli\u2019yi de\u011fil, t\u00fcm Marmara B\u00f6lgesi\u2019ni etkiledi\u011fini belirterek, binlerce vatanda\u015f\u0131n hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti\u011fini, on binlerce ki\u015finin yaraland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve \u00e7ok say\u0131da vatanda\u015f\u0131n evsiz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti.<\/p>\n
Depremin, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 en ac\u0131 felaketlerden biri olarak tarihteki yerini ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Akta\u015f, ge\u00e7en y\u0131llar\u0131n ya\u015fanan ac\u0131lar\u0131 azaltmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybedenlerin unutulmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n
Akta\u015f, depremlere kar\u015f\u0131 haz\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olunmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemine dikkat \u00e7ekerek, bilgi, birikim ve teknolojinin imkanlar\u0131ndan yararlan\u0131lmas\u0131, kurumlar ve vatanda\u015flar\u0131n i\u015f birli\u011fi i\u00e7erisinde gerekli tedbirleri almas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini kaydetti.<\/p>\n
