Ba\u015fkan E\u015fki, \u201cB\u00f6yle protokoller yapmak \u00f6nemli ama as\u0131l \u00f6nemli olan \u00fclkemizi b\u00f6yle protokollere ihtiya\u00e7 duymayacak medeniyet seviyesine ta\u015f\u0131yabilmek.
