TBMM’nin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma takviminin anayasal usuller ve yasama s\u00fcre\u00e7leri \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ifade edilen a\u00e7\u0131klamada, bu s\u00fcre\u00e7lerin sembolik e\u015fle\u015ftirmelerle ili\u015fkilendirilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n kamuoyunu yan\u0131ltmaya y\u00f6nelik bir provokasyon oldu\u011fu kaydedildi.<\/p>\n
