Olay, 27 Temmuz gecesi Batman merkeze ba\u011fl\u0131 K\u00f6setarla k\u00f6y\u00fcnde bulunan yediemin otopark\u0131nda meydana geldi.<\/p>\n

Otoparktan iki motosikletin \u00e7al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan Batman \u0130l Jandarma Komutanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 Jandarma Su\u00e7 Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Timi (JASAT) ekipleri olay\u0131n ayd\u0131nlat\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in geni\u015f \u00e7apl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ba\u015flatt\u0131.<\/p>\n

Ekipler, olay yerinde yapt\u0131klar\u0131 incelemelerin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra g\u00fcvenlik kameras\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclerini detayl\u0131 \u015fekilde analiz etti. Fiziki ve teknik takip \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 sonucunda h\u0131rs\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren \u015f\u00fcphelinin su\u00e7a s\u00fcr\u00fcklenen \u00e7ocuk B.D. oldu\u011fu belirlendi.<\/p>\n

Kimli\u011fi tespit edilen B.D., d\u00fczenlenen operasyonla k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede yakalan\u0131rken, \u00e7al\u0131nan iki motosiklet de ele ge\u00e7irilerek muhafaza alt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131. Tamamlanan i\u015flemlerin ard\u0131ndan motosikletler yeniden yediemin otopark\u0131 yetkililerine teslim edildi.<\/p>\n

Jandarmadaki i\u015flemleri tamamlanan B.D., 31 Temmuz 2026 tarihinde adliyeye sevk edildi. Mahkemeye \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan su\u00e7a s\u00fcr\u00fcklenen \u00e7ocuk, tutuklanarak Batman M Tipi Kapal\u0131 Ceza \u0130nfaz Kurumuna g\u00f6nderildi.<\/p>\n

Batman \u0130l Jandarma Komutanl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, vatanda\u015flar\u0131n huzur ve g\u00fcvenli\u011finin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 ile su\u00e7 ve su\u00e7lularla m\u00fccadelenin kararl\u0131l\u0131kla s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclece\u011fi vurguland\u0131.<\/p>\n
