Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, ”3 Temmuz 2026 tarihinde yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, yeni bir pay geri al\u0131m program\u0131 ba\u015flat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, program dahilinde geri al\u0131ma konu edilebilecek azami pay say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n 2.500.000 adet (2.500.000 TL nominal), geri al\u0131m i\u00e7in ayr\u0131lacak fonun i\u00e7 kaynaklar\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lanmak \u00fczere en fazla 1.000.000.000 TL olarak belirlendi\u011fi belirtilmi\u015fti.\u00a0Ba\u015flat\u0131lan pay geri al\u0131m i\u015flemleri neticesinde, 03.07.2026 \u2013 30.07.2026 tarihleri aras\u0131nda ortalama 380,17 TL hisse fiyat\u0131ndan 2.500.000 adet hisse al\u0131m i\u015flemi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir ve pay geri al\u0131m program\u0131m\u0131z tamamlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u015eirketin ge\u00e7mi\u015f y\u0131llarda ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 pay geri al\u0131m programlar\u0131ndan elde edilen hisselerle birlikte sahip oldu\u011fu BIMAS paylar\u0131 16.720.000 adede ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ve bu paylar\u0131n \u015firket sermayesine oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 1,3933 olmu\u015ftur.” ifadesi kullan\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n
