Halk Yat\u0131r\u0131m, T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyet Merkez Bankas\u0131’n\u0131n (TCMB) 24 Temmuz 2026 haftas\u0131na ili\u015fkin menkul k\u0131ymet istatistiklerini de\u011ferlendirdi.<\/p>\n

Analize g\u00f6re yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar hem hisse senedi hem de devlet i\u00e7 bor\u00e7lanma senetlerinde (D\u0130BS) net al\u0131m ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirirken, son bir y\u0131ldaki toplam yabanc\u0131 giri\u015fi 8,70 milyar dolara ula\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n

TCMB verilerine g\u00f6re, yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar 24 Temmuz 2026’da sona eren haftada fiyat ve kur etkilerinden ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f verilere g\u00f6re hisse senedi piyasas\u0131nda 38,85 milyon dolar net al\u0131m yapt\u0131.<\/p>\n

B\u00f6ylece son bir y\u0131ldaki k\u00fcm\u00fclatif yabanc\u0131 giri\u015fi 2,47 milyar dolar olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/p>\n

Ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemde yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar devlet i\u00e7 bor\u00e7lanma senetlerinde ise 805,51 milyon dolar net al\u0131m ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirirken, son bir y\u0131ldaki k\u00fcm\u00fclatif giri\u015f 6,23 milyar dolara y\u00fckseldi.<\/p>\n

Bu verilerle birlikte hisse senedi ve tahvil piyasalar\u0131na son bir y\u0131lda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen toplam yabanc\u0131 sermaye giri\u015fi 8,70 milyar dolar oldu.<\/p>\n

Halk Yat\u0131r\u0131m’\u0131n de\u011ferlendirmesine g\u00f6re, BIST 100 endeksinin haftay\u0131 y\u00fczde 0,27 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015fle tamamlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6nemde yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n en fazla al\u0131m yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 hisseler BIMAS, MGROS ve KCHOL oldu.<\/p>\n

Ayn\u0131 haftada en y\u00fcksek yabanc\u0131 \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131 ise YKBNK, ISCTR ve AKBNK hisselerinde g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc.<\/p>\n

Halk Yat\u0131r\u0131m analizinde TCMB’nin rezerv verilerine de yer verildi.<\/p>\n

30 Temmuz 2026 itibar\u0131yla TCMB’nin alt\u0131n rezervleri bir \u00f6nceki haftaya g\u00f6re 5,15 milyar dolar artarak 100,21 milyar dolara y\u00fckseldi.<\/p>\n

Ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemde d\u00f6viz rezervleri 3,03 milyar dolar azalarak 62,40 milyar dolar seviyesine gerilerken, toplam rezervler ise 2,12 milyar dolar art\u0131\u015fla 162,61 milyar dolara ula\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n

Raporda, alt\u0131n rezervlerindeki g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc art\u0131\u015f\u0131n d\u00f6viz rezervlerindeki gerilemeyi dengeledi\u011fi ve toplam rezervlerde haftal\u0131k bazda y\u00fckseli\u015f sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi.<\/p>\n

Ayr\u0131ca haftal\u0131k rezerv de\u011fi\u015fimlerinin TCMB’nin alt\u0131n ve d\u00f6viz rezervlerindeki net al\u0131m-sat\u0131m i\u015flemlerini yans\u0131tt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade edildi.<\/p>\n
