A\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re Radev, devlete ait LB Bulgaricum ile Japonya merkezli Meiji \u015firketi ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda kurulacak ara\u015ft\u0131rma ve geli\u015ftirme laboratuvar\u0131n\u0131n y\u0131l sonuna kadar tamamlanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bildirdi.
