Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, ”6362 say\u0131l\u0131 Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kanunu h\u00fck\u00fcmleri ve esas s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin sermaye ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 7. maddesi gere\u011fince \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f sermayenin ve kay\u0131tl\u0131 sermaye tavan\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fckseltilmesi amac\u0131yla; \u015firketimizin 268.000.000 TL \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f sermayesinin, Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulunun (SPK) II-18.1 say\u0131l\u0131 Kay\u0131tl\u0131 Sermaye Sistemi Tebli\u011fi’nin 6. maddesinin 6. f\u0131kras\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda, bir defaya mahsus olmak \u00fczere mevcut 1.000.000.000 TL kay\u0131tl\u0131 sermaye tavan\u0131n\u0131n a\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 suretiyle, y\u00fczde 646,27 oran\u0131nda tamam\u0131 i\u00e7 kaynaklardan kar\u015f\u0131lanmak \u00fczere 1.732.000.000 TL art\u0131r\u0131larak 2.000.000.000 TL’ye \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin ihra\u00e7 belgesinin onaylanmas\u0131 ve esas s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin 7. maddesinin tadiline uygun g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f verilmesi talebiyle SPK’ya ba\u015fvuru yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.” denildi.<\/p>\n
