\n<\/p>\nEski\u015fehir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi, ata tohumlar\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131 ve yeniden \u00fcretime kazand\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar kapsam\u0131nda Kav\u0131lca bu\u011fday\u0131 hasad\u0131n\u0131 ba\u015far\u0131yla tamamlad\u0131.<\/p>\n
Yakla\u015f\u0131k 5 bin y\u0131ll\u0131k ge\u00e7mi\u015fe sahip ata tohumu Kav\u0131lca bu\u011fday\u0131nda elde edilen verim, hem s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir tar\u0131m hem de k\u00fclt\u00fcrel miras\u0131n ya\u015fat\u0131lmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli bir ad\u0131m olarak de\u011ferlendirildi.<\/p>\n
Eski\u015fehir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi Tar\u0131msal Hizmetler Dairesi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen proje kapsam\u0131nda Kars’tan temin edilen yakla\u015f\u0131k 2 bin kilogram Kav\u0131lca bu\u011fday\u0131 tohumu, 24 Ekim 2025 tarihinde S\u00fcp\u00fcren Mahallesi’nde 11 dekar, Yusuflar Mahallesi’nde ise 63 dekar olmak \u00fczere toplam 73 dekarl\u0131k alana ekildi.<\/p>\n
Ekimden hasada kadar titizlikle takip edilen \u00fcretim s\u00fcrecinin sonunda yakla\u015f\u0131k 17 ton Kav\u0131lca bu\u011fday\u0131 elde edildi. Y\u00fcksek verim, ata tohumu niteli\u011findeki Kav\u0131lca bu\u011fday\u0131n\u0131n Eski\u015fehir’in iklim ve toprak yap\u0131s\u0131na ba\u015far\u0131yla uyum sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koydu.<\/p>\n
Hasat program\u0131na kat\u0131lan Eski\u015fehir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ay\u015fe \u00dcnl\u00fcce, Anadolu’nun binlerce y\u0131ll\u0131k tar\u0131msal miras\u0131n\u0131 yeniden Eski\u015fehir topraklar\u0131yla bulu\u015fturman\u0131n mutlulu\u011funu ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n
\u00dcnl\u00fcce, “Yakla\u015f\u0131k 5 bin y\u0131l \u00f6nce bu topraklarda yeti\u015fen, Anadolu’nun kadim miras\u0131 Kav\u0131lca bu\u011fday\u0131n\u0131n tohumlar\u0131n\u0131 yeniden Eski\u015fehir’in bereketli topraklar\u0131yla bulu\u015fturduk. \u00d6nce tohumu topra\u011fa emanet ettik. Ard\u0131ndan ye\u015ferip ba\u015fa\u011fa duru\u015funa tan\u0131kl\u0131k ettik. \u015eimdi ise b\u00fcy\u00fck bir mutlulukla hasad\u0131n\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdik.” dedi.<\/p>\n
Hasat edilen bu\u011fday\u0131n, Eski\u015fehir’in tarihi ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel de\u011ferlerinden biri olan K\u00fcll\u00fcoba Ekme\u011fi \u00fcretiminde kullan\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten \u00dcnl\u00fcce, “Topra\u011f\u0131m\u0131zdan ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bu kadim bu\u011fday\u0131, ge\u00e7mi\u015ften g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze uzanan K\u00fcll\u00fcoba Ekme\u011fimizin \u00fcretiminde kullanaca\u011f\u0131z. Binlerce y\u0131ll\u0131k bir miras\u0131 yeniden canland\u0131r\u0131yor; kendi arazilerimizde eme\u011fimiz ve topra\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n bereketiyle gelece\u011fe ta\u015f\u0131yoruz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu yaln\u0131zca bir bu\u011fday\u0131n de\u011fil, ge\u00e7mi\u015ften bug\u00fcne \u015fehrimizin kadim tarihinin yeniden filizlenmesidir.” ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n
Hasat edilen \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc K\u00fcll\u00fcoba Ekme\u011fi \u00fcretiminde de\u011ferlendirilirken, bir k\u0131sm\u0131 da gelecek y\u0131llarda yeniden ekilmek \u00fczere tohumluk olarak ayr\u0131lacak. B\u00f6ylece ata tohumlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7o\u011falt\u0131lmas\u0131 ve gelecek nesillere aktar\u0131lmas\u0131 hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n
\u00d6te yandan hasat sonras\u0131 tarlalarda kalan saplar da ekonomiye kazand\u0131r\u0131lacak. Balya haline getirilecek samanlar, aktif hayvanc\u0131l\u0131k yapan yeti\u015ftiricilerin yem ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamak amac\u0131yla kullan\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n
B\u00f6ylece \u00fcretimin her a\u015famas\u0131nda katma de\u011fer olu\u015fturularak tar\u0131msal kaynaklar\u0131n verimli \u015fekilde de\u011ferlendirilmesi sa\u011flanacak.<\/p>\n
