Halk Yat\u0131r\u0131m taraf\u0131ndan yay\u0131mlanan\u00a0\u201cYabanc\u0131 Takas Oranlar\u0131\u201d analizine g\u00f6re, Borsa \u0130stanbul\u2019da yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n son d\u00f6nem hareketleri incelendi.<\/p>\n

Analizde, BIST 30 \u015firketlerinin son \u00fc\u00e7 ayl\u0131k yabanc\u0131 takas oranlar\u0131, de\u011fi\u015fimleri ve yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n pozisyonlanmalar\u0131 de\u011ferlendirildi.<\/p>\n

Verilere g\u00f6re, son d\u00f6nemde yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n KCHOL, BIMAS, AEFES, MGROS ve TUPRS hisselerinde pozisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. Buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k AKBNK hissesinde yabanc\u0131 takas oran\u0131nda gerileme dikkat \u00e7ekti.<\/p>\n

BIST 30 \u015firketleri aras\u0131nda yabanc\u0131 takas oran\u0131 en y\u00fcksek hisseler aras\u0131nda ASTOR y\u00fczde 64,50, ASELS y\u00fczde 51,07, TAVHL y\u00fczde 48,35, KCHOL y\u00fczde 47,83 ve BIMAS y\u00fczde 46,14 seviyeleriyle \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.<\/p>\n

Analizde, son \u00fc\u00e7 ayl\u0131k d\u00f6nemde yabanc\u0131 takas oran\u0131ndaki art\u0131\u015flarda KCHOL, BIMAS, AEFES, MGROS ve TUPRS hisselerinde al\u0131c\u0131 y\u00f6nl\u00fc hareketlerin belirgin oldu\u011fu kaydedildi. KCHOL\u2019de yabanc\u0131 takas oran\u0131 3 ayl\u0131k d\u00f6nemde 403 baz puan artarken, BIMAS\u2019ta 121 baz puan, AEFES\u2019te 438 baz puan, MGROS\u2019ta 259 baz puan ve TUPRS\u2019ta 243 baz puan y\u00fckseli\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc.<\/p>\n

Yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n sat\u0131\u015f taraf\u0131nda \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan hisseler aras\u0131nda ise TTKOM, YKBNK, FROTO, AKBNK ve ISCTR yer ald\u0131. \u00d6zellikle TTKOM\u2019da son \u00fc\u00e7 ayl\u0131k d\u00f6nemde yabanc\u0131 takas oran\u0131ndaki d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f 1713 baz puana ula\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n

BIST 100 genelinde yabanc\u0131 takas oran\u0131 en fazla artan hisseler aras\u0131nda EUPWR, GENIL, DAPGM, MAGEN ve GESAN \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.<\/p>\n

EUPWR, son 6 ayl\u0131k d\u00f6nemde yabanc\u0131 takas oran\u0131ndaki d\u00fczenli art\u0131\u015f\u0131yla dikkat \u00e7ekerken, FROTO yabanc\u0131 takas oran\u0131ndaki d\u00fczenli d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015fle \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan hisseler aras\u0131nda yer ald\u0131.<\/p>\n

Analizde, 28 Temmuz 2026 itibar\u0131yla BIST 100 Endeksi\u2019nde yabanc\u0131 takas oran\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 32,26 seviyesinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fi belirtildi.<\/p>\n

Yabanc\u0131 takas oran\u0131n\u0131n tarihsel olarak en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck seviyesi 30 May\u0131s 2023\u2019te y\u00fczde 27,50, en y\u00fcksek seviyesi ise 12 A\u011fustos 2025\u2019te y\u00fczde 43,97 olarak kaydedildi.<\/p>\n

Halk Yat\u0131r\u0131m de\u011ferlendirmesinde, yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 hareketlerinin hisse baz\u0131nda farkl\u0131la\u015fmaya devam etti\u011fi ve baz\u0131 \u015firketlerde yabanc\u0131 ilgisinin g\u00fc\u00e7lendi\u011fi, baz\u0131 hisselerde ise pozisyon azalt\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ifade edildi.<\/p>\n
