Orhangazi Belediyesi’nden yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, y\u0131l\u0131n ilk alt\u0131 ay\u0131nda 310 ki\u015fi \u0130stihdam Masas\u0131, 904 ki\u015fi ise \u0130\u015eKUR Hizmet Noktas\u0131 arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla i\u015f sahibi oldu.<\/p>\n
Belediye, personel ihtiyac\u0131 bulunan i\u015fletmeler ile i\u015f arayan vatanda\u015flar aras\u0131nda k\u00f6pr\u00fc g\u00f6revi \u00fcstlenerek hem i\u015fverenlerin nitelikli personel ihtiyac\u0131na \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00fcretiyor hem de vatanda\u015flar\u0131n istihdama eri\u015fimini kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
Orhangazi Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Bekir Ayd\u0131n, belediyecili\u011fin yaln\u0131zca altyap\u0131 ve \u00fcstyap\u0131 hizmetlerinden ibaret olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, “Bizim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131zda belediyecilik, hem\u015fehrilerimizin hayat\u0131na dokunabilmektir. \u0130\u015f arayan vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131zla personel ihtiyac\u0131 bulunan i\u015fletmelerimizi bulu\u015fturuyor, \u00fcretime ve istihdama katk\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yoruz. G\u00f6reve geldi\u011fimiz ilk g\u00fcnden bu yana bu konuya b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem veriyoruz.” ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n
Ba\u015fkan Ayd\u0131n, \u0130stihdam Masas\u0131 ve \u0130\u015eKUR Hizmet Noktas\u0131 arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla yap\u0131lan ba\u015fvurular\u0131n titizlikle de\u011ferlendirildi\u011fini belirterek, i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131yla s\u00fcrekli ileti\u015fim halinde olduklar\u0131n\u0131 ve vatanda\u015flar\u0131n yeni i\u015f f\u0131rsatlar\u0131na ula\u015fmas\u0131na destek vermeyi s\u00fcrd\u00fcreceklerini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n
Belediye, bireysel ba\u015fvurular\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra Orhangazi Ticaret ve Sanayi Odas\u0131 ile \u0130\u015eKUR i\u015f birli\u011finde d\u00fczenlenen \u0130stihdam G\u00fcnleri organizasyonlar\u0131yla da i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fc piyasas\u0131na katk\u0131 sunuyor.<\/p>\n
2023, 2024, 2025 ve 2026 y\u0131llar\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen organizasyonlarda onlarca firma ile y\u00fczlerce i\u015f arayan vatanda\u015f bir araya gelirken, \u00e7ok say\u0131da ki\u015fi yeni i\u015fine kavu\u015fma imk\u00e2n\u0131 buldu.<\/p>\n
