Parlamentonun yasama ve denetim i\u015flevlerinin zay\u0131flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ne s\u00fcren Y\u0131lmaz, ilgili d\u00fczenlemelerin ihtisas komisyonlar\u0131nda t\u00fcm payda\u015flar\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc al\u0131narak olgunla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini ifade etti.<\/p>\n
Teklifin son a\u015famas\u0131nda yeni maddeler eklenmesini de ele\u015ftiren Y\u0131lmaz, \u201cAd\u0131na \u2018emeklilerin maa\u015f art\u0131\u015f\u0131\u2019 dedi\u011finiz yasada emeklinin maa\u015f\u0131na 3.520 lira zam yap\u0131yorsunuz ama son anda Akkuyu Termik Santrali i\u00e7in milyarlarca dolar Rusya\u2019ya imtiyaz veriyorsunuz.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n
Y\u0131lmaz, Meclis\u2019in denetim ve m\u00fczakere i\u015flevinin g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131nda bulunarak, torba yasa y\u00f6nteminin yaln\u0131zca zorunlu durumlarda kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini kaydetti.<\/p>\n
