CVK Maden \u0130\u015fletmeleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.\u015e taraf\u0131ndan Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, ”\u015eirketimizin 09.02.2026 tarihinde yapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu \u00f6zel durum a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda, ba\u011fl\u0131 ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z Hayri \u00d6gelman Madencilik A.\u015e’nin halka a\u00e7\u0131lma amac\u0131yla \u015firket esas s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinin sermaye piyasas\u0131 mevzuat\u0131na uyumlu hale getirilmesi ve 15 milyar TL kay\u0131tl\u0131 sermaye tavan\u0131yla kay\u0131tl\u0131 sermaye sistemine ge\u00e7ilmesine ili\u015fkin olarak, 06.02.2026 tarihinde Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kuruluna (SPK) kay\u0131tl\u0131 sermaye sistemine ge\u00e7i\u015f ve esas s\u00f6zle\u015fme tadil izni ba\u015fvurusunda bulunuldu\u011fu kamuoyuyla payla\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. SPK’n\u0131n 16.07.2026 tarihli ve 43\/1282 say\u0131l\u0131 toplant\u0131s\u0131nda Hayri \u00d6gelman Madencilik A.\u015e’nin ba\u015fvurusunun olumlu bulundu\u011fu ba\u011fl\u0131 ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131za tebli\u011f edilmi\u015ftir. SPK onayl\u0131 esas s\u00f6zle\u015fme tadil metni, Ticaret Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n onay\u0131na sunulacak olup, gerekli iznin al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 takiben ba\u011fl\u0131 ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n halka arz\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara ba\u015flanacakt\u0131r.” ifadesine yer verildi.<\/p>\n
