Cumhuriyet Halk Partisi (CHP) Manisa Milletvekili \u00d6zg\u00fcr \u00d6zel, T\u00fcrkiye B\u00fcy\u00fck Millet Meclisi (TBMM) Grup Toplant\u0131s\u0131\u2019nda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 konu\u015fmada, Gezi davas\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda tutuklu bulunan isimler ile son d\u00f6nemde tutuklanan baz\u0131 isimlere ili\u015fkin a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulundu.<\/p>\n
\u00d6zel, NATO Zirvesi \u00f6ncesinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen g\u00f6zalt\u0131 ve tutuklamalar\u0131 ele\u015ftirerek, \u00e7ok say\u0131da gazeteci, hukuk\u00e7u, sendika ve sivil toplum kurulu\u015fu \u00fcyesinin haks\u0131z yere cezaevinde bulundu\u011funu savundu. Tutuklamalar\u0131n hukuka ayk\u0131r\u0131 oldu\u011funu \u00f6ne s\u00fcren \u00d6zel, tutuklularla dayan\u0131\u015fma i\u00e7inde olduklar\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti.<\/p>\n
Gezi davas\u0131 h\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcleri Mine \u00d6zerden ve \u00c7i\u011fdem Mater\u2019in \u0130zmir Alia\u011fa \u015eakran Cezaevi\u2019ne sevk edildi\u011fini hat\u0131rlatan \u00d6zel, bu s\u00fcreci yak\u0131ndan takip ettiklerini belirterek, parti y\u00f6neticilerinin kendilerini ziyaret edece\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n
Konu\u015fmas\u0131nda T\u00dcRMOB\u2019un eski Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Emre Kartalo\u011flu ile avukat Ece \u00d6ner\u2019in tutuklanmas\u0131na da de\u011finen \u00d6zel, her iki ismin de haks\u0131z yere hedef al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 savundu. Tutuklu bulunan t\u00fcm isimlerin masum oldu\u011funa inand\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirten \u00d6zel, \u201cB\u00fct\u00fcn tutuklu arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za dayan\u0131\u015fma duygular\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 iletiyoruz. Onlara selam ve sevgilerimizi g\u00f6nderiyoruz.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n
