”\u015eirketimiz taraf\u0131ndan geli\u015ftirilen projelerde, 1 Ocak \u2013 30 Haziran 2026 d\u00f6neminde; br\u00fct 353.861 metrekare b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011fe sahip 2.598 adet ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015f, bu ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerden KDV hari\u00e7 toplam 45.171.163.736 TL \u00f6n sat\u0131\u015f geliri elde edilmi\u015ftir. Yine ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemde 25 adet ve 464.130 metrekare y\u00fcz\u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcml\u00fc, KDV hari\u00e7 5.524.077.631 TL de\u011ferinde arsa sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015f olup, ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z b\u00f6l\u00fcm ve arsa sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131ndan elde edilen toplam sat\u0131\u015f geliri 50.695.241.367 TL’dir. Ayr\u0131ca s\u00f6z konusu ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z b\u00f6l\u00fcm sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7erisinde yabanc\u0131 \u00fclke vatanda\u015flar\u0131na ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen sat\u0131\u015flar ise 42 adet ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z b\u00f6l\u00fcm ve KDV hari\u00e7 624.208.357 TL olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir.”<\/p>\n
