Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u015funlar ifade edildi:<\/p>\n
”SGK taraf\u0131ndan d\u00fczenlenen elektronik ihaleye \u015firketimiz kat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve s\u00f6z konusu ihale \u015firketimiz \u00fczerinde kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130hale konusu ta\u015f\u0131nmaz, \u0130stanbul’un Sultanbeyli il\u00e7esi Battalgazi Mahallesi 362 ada, 6 parsel say\u0131l\u0131 gayrimenkul olup, s\u00f6z konusu ihalenin \u015firketimiz \u00fczerinde kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve sat\u0131\u015f\u0131n SGK yetkili organ\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan onayland\u0131\u011f\u0131, posta marifetiyle 16.07.2026 tarihinde tebli\u011f edilmi\u015ftir. S\u00f6z konusu ta\u015f\u0131nmaz\u0131n toplam 209.250.000 TL bedelle \u015firketimiz portf\u00f6y\u00fcne dahil edilmesine ve bu kapsamdaki i\u015flemlerin y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesine karar verilmi\u015ftir. Sat\u0131\u015f bedelinin, resmi tebli\u011f tarihinden itibaren 30 i\u015f g\u00fcn\u00fc i\u00e7inde \u00f6denmesi gerekmektedir. \u00d6deme ve tapu devir i\u015flemlerinin tamamlanmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan ta\u015f\u0131nmaz \u015firketimiz gayrimenkul portf\u00f6y\u00fcne resmi olarak dahil edilecektir. Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulunun (SPK) Gayrimenkul Yat\u0131r\u0131m Ortakl\u0131klar\u0131na \u0130li\u015fkin Esaslar Tebli\u011fi (III-48.1) uyar\u0131nca, s\u00f6z konusu ta\u015f\u0131nmaza ili\u015fkin olarak SPK listesinde yer alan bir gayrimenkul de\u011ferleme kurulu\u015funa de\u011ferleme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 ba\u015flat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. De\u011ferleme raporu tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, ihale bedeli ile tespit edilen de\u011fer aras\u0131nda farka ili\u015fkin gerekli a\u00e7\u0131klamalar da dahil olmak \u00fczere konuya ili\u015fkin ayr\u0131ca kamuya a\u00e7\u0131klama yap\u0131lacakt\u0131r.”<\/p>\n
